CUCKOO LOVE LOGIC #2
Give the people what they want to hear,
as if they had no eyes or ears,
a simple sale
a tale of fears
keep them thinking that it's true,
that life can sometimes just be cruel,
but I'd rather risk being thought a fool,
than expend another kilojoule,
trying to look so unimpressed,
while inside my mind is blowing,
confirming what the heart is knowing,
